In P6/7 we have been learning about the island of Japan and what makes up their islands. We have been learning about Mount Fuji, how it is a dormant volcano and from that, how volcanos a formed. In art we spent time creating our own Mt Fuji’s before using them to create a lava experiment. It was lots of fun and we even learned about the chemical reaction when the bicarbonate of soda and vinegar reacts.
